It kills your efficiency and drags out your cycle times.&#xA;The fix isn&amp;rsquo;t just adding &amp;ldquo;more stuff&amp;rdquo;—it&amp;rsquo;s about the right materials and how you layer them.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h2 id=&#34;choosing-the-right-stuff&#34;&gt;Choosing the Right Stuff&lt;/h2&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;Mineral wool is the go-to here. Specifically, high-density stone wool.&#xA;Why? Because fiberglass tends to slump and sag over time when it&amp;rsquo;s hit with constant heat. Stone wool stays put. Usually, you&amp;rsquo;re looking at a thickness of 100mm to 150mm to get a decent baseline.&#xA;But here is the catch:&lt;strong&gt;watch your density.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;If the wool is too airy, you get these little convection currents swirling inside the insulation. It’s basically a highway for heat to leak right through. That’s why we stick to high-density boards—they shut that air movement down completely.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
